Globally, we are no longer fit and healthy. It’s March – you’ve done your New Years Resolution and it’s likely you are still not fit and healthy. We also are not in a great place in our heads at the moment, either. Don’t worry, it’s not just you, it’s all of us.
In this workshop, I will go through the main risks to health in the Australian society (but globally, they are pretty much the same) and you get to choose which one belongs to you (keep it private, of course!) In 30 mins I will show you how to understand what’s in processed food at the supermarket and how to leave it on the shelf and wander over to the fresh food section. We are no longer physically active (think Netflix, YouTube, etc), so I will also show you how to ramp up not only your daily step count but also how to be physically active whilst working at a desk all day.
Lastly, I will show you how to daily write down 3 things you are grateful for.
